Business Planning for London based client
Thank you so much for all your support, working with me on putting my business plan together for the coming year was a fantastic help. It was logical and straightforward, and will help me focus on my key strategic areas.
As discussed I presented the plan to my regional colleagues, and they have all agreed to adopt your format, in fact they have been tasked with completing theirs by the end of January. They also like the simplicity of the plan and the key areas covered, the financial projection spreadsheet is now being used as the basis for all of us tracking our budgets.
Also a thank you for actually helping me making the plan happen, introducing me to other networking groups, focusing on key areas, and finally teaching me how to get the maximum out of social networking – I am learning fast.
